Right now it seems like half the Drudge Report is dedicated to the situation on the Korean Peninsula and the belligerent posturing from both sides. Are we really THAT close to all out war? And a nuclear war at that?! Pat Buchanan posted a great column on the tensions with North Korea. Here’s Perrin’s thoughts on that and what it means for preppers…

NFL preseason is on, now. Some (most) say, “those games don’t count.” Most of their teams fail in the regular season. That’s because the four primer games aren’t about “winning” – they’re about testing systems and routines. Note that both of the 2017 Super Bowl candidates lost last night. But winning (now) wasn’t the objective – that comes September through February. The champions think about the long run – much like preppers.
