Maybe one of your 2018 resolutions is to clean up the old diet and get in (or back into) shape. Eat healthy, etc. We all like good food and for the past, what?, 20 years, we’ve been hearing about “organic,” organic.” What this usually means is food that is more natural, without a lot of chemicals and weird voodoo science behind it.
