California Sends in The Troops – But NOT to Protect the Border

Governor Jerry Brown (rhymes with “Commie Town”) of California is committing 400 National Guard troops in response to President Trump’s recent call. Trump, it seems, has some crazy idea about enforcing the law and guarding America’s porous Southern border. With no wall, and with decades of laxity, there’s an emergency down there.

Soldiers may be the trick to solve the problem – for now. But California isn’t sending them specifically to help the Border Patrol agents. These 400 will conduct assistance and background work to stem the flow of drugs and guns into the country. CA remains a “sanctuary” state, don’t worry. But the thought counts and every little bit may help. We need it.
