Here’s How to Build a Solar Generator Charging Station

solar generator charging station

So you find yourself in a grid down event and you need to charge a battery operated device. I mean if you can harness the power of solar, there’s no need to go back to the horse and buggy days. You can still use power tools, read survival books on your iPad, or even charge your phone to use as a flashlight, or record your day to day events.

In any case, having a solar powered generator to use as a charging station can be very useful, and they’re not that difficult to put together.

Let’s stay in touch, “Like” us on Facebook.

Bright Enlightenment has a great video tutorial on their YouTube channel that shows you how easy this can be:

So after watching the tutorial, do you feel you can build one of these solar charging stations? Do you think this would be useful in a grid down event? What kinds of things would you be charging? Let us know on our Facebook page or on Twitter.
