In the news:
Relations between the U.S., the U.N., and Israel deteriorated dramatically this week following a Security Council vote against Israel. Usually the U.S. vetoes such measures in an effort to defend the Jewish State. President-elect trump vows to renew relations early next year.
Following the anti-Israel vote, many are predicting a coming “war” between the U.S. and the United Nations. This may very well affect you and I. Donald Trump is making it clear he will do things very differently that Obama. And, for once, a Republican president may have generous Democratic backing in this regard. There is considerable and growing anti-UN sentiment across party lines.
Actress Carrie Fisher, best known as Princess Leia of Star Wars, died this week at age 60. Her famous mother died one day later. Fisher appears, digitally and much younger, in the new film, Rogue One.
I saw Rogue One and found it to be an out if the ordinary Star Wars movie. It was different but good. Alex Jones provided a fantastic review:

In more news of things that Donald Trump may need to undo, the U.S. moved Thursday to expel Russia diplomats. The move comes as retaliation for perceived interference in the U.S. general election in November. Details on the Russian “hacking” have been sparse.
