Some Survival Tips from the Charlottesville Riots and the New Reality of Civil Unrest

I could not find a video on Charlottesville and civil unrest, so I made my own.

On YouTube I call what happened this weekend “Gangs of Charlottesville” in reference to Gangs of New York. The real fighting was just as pointless but lacking any romanticism. There are, however, lessons that decent people can learn from this pitiful nonsense.

Please watch the following:

Don’t be there.

No. 1: DO NOT BE THERE. Stay away from events like this!

No. 2: If you find yourself approaching an event, or being approached by thugs of either side – turn around and leave.

If you really must be there:

No. 3: Considering leaving anyway.

No. 4: Look as plain, ordinary, and non-combative as possible. Be a “grey man.” Do not look like one side or the other.

No. 5: Don’t be there alone.

No. 6: Go armed.

No. 7: If you absolutely must, then defend yourself with force. These people are dangerous.

No. 8: Know that self defense sometimes breeds trouble (legal aftermath) for the victim.

All of this involves knowing and using situational awareness and common sense.

On that note, please watch the following Vox Day Video from Periscope. Vox helps explain what happened in VA and why so many idiotic elements of the Alt-Right, etc. need to be dismissed immediately.

Here’s another video take, by Alex Jones.

I have a horrible feeling we will see much more of this kind of unrest and violence in America for the time being. I wrote out some (very popular) notes on my thoughts on my Blog.

We may have reached the point with society where these events are unavoidable politically. However, we the sane, can and should avoid them. At all costs. Our safety now depends on it.

Please discuss these ideas with your civil friends and take care in the new America.
